ATS CA is not responsible for pre-existing appliance damage, manufacturer defects, discontinued parts, cosmetic damage unrelated to our work, food loss, water damage, flooring damage, cabinetry issues, electrical issues, or damages caused by appliance failure before, during, or after service unless directly caused by proven negligence.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the appliance, clearing the work area, securing pets, and providing accurate appliance information when available, including model number, serial number, symptoms, and prior repair history.

Built-In Appliances

Built-in Thermador appliances may require additional labor for access, removal, reinstallation, or additional technicians. Cabinetry, panels, trim, flooring, and surrounding surfaces must be suitable for safe appliance access. Additional charges may apply for built-in appliance work.
